This week saw Flybe announce details of the second half of their summer schedule for next year.  Over three hundred thousand seats have been added to the currently existing schedule.

The list includes several French locations such as Bergerac, La Rochelle, Limoges, Brest, Rennes and Avignon which will now offered from Southampton Airport as well as various others. Fares start from just thirty pounds one way.

Flybe offer flights from the UK to various French destinations including;

• Brest from Manchester, Exeter, Southampton
• Rennes from Newcastle, Belfast, Manchester, Exeter, Southampton, Edinburgh
• La Rochelle from Glasgow, Manchester, Birmingham, Southampton

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport plans to hold an auction on June 20th where they will sell three hundred airline tickets.  The auction will take place at terminal three.

The tickets will very in price. For instance some will be for immediate departure with locations such as Barcelona, LA and London up for auction. Return business class trips to Tahiti may be available for two hundred euro. This ticket would normally set you back fifteen thousand euro.

There are a few twenty euro flights available to Mykonos and Kos with other locations including Thailand, India, Mexico and Palermo also up for grabs.

All proceed of the sale will go towards the Reves Dream Foundation which is an association helping ill children.

Airlines kindly involved in the auction include EasyJet, Air Tahiti, XL Airways, SAS and Sri Lankan Airlines. So if in Paris you might just be able to get a flight to somewhere such as New York or Thailand for a very reasonable rate.

You will need to be quick if you want to get in on this one. You have until midnight tonight (Thursday) to grab a seat in the latest Aer Lingus sale.

The seventy two hour sale began on Tuesday and offers savings of up to fifty percent on flights. Passengers must travel between the dates of 8th June and 17th December. Reductions start at ten percent so if your dates are flexible spend a bit of time searching to find the best possible deal.
